Refund & Returns Warranty Policy (English Version)
1. No Returns After Product Is Shipped
We do not accept returns once an order is shipped or handed to the courier.
This applies even if the customer:
- changes their mind
- no longer wants the product
- gave an incorrect address
- refuses the parcel
- becomes unavailable at delivery time
Once shipped, the product cannot be returned.
2. 7-Day Replacement Policy
If your product is:
- damaged,
- defective,
- malfunctioning, or
- not the item you ordered,
we will provide a replacement.
Replacement Window:
You must report the issue within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
Items Required for Replacement:
The customer must return the product with:
- Original invoice (mandatory)
- Warranty card (if the product originally included one)
- Original box and packaging
- All accessories included in the box (chargers, cables, straps, manuals, extra items, etc.)
- Product in the same condition delivered (no extra damage)
Missing items:
If any required item is missing, the replacement request cannot proceed.
3. Refund Policy (Only If Replacement Is Not Possible)
We do not offer refunds in general.
However, in one special case, a full refund will be issued:
â If the supplier cannot provide a replacement unit
For example:
- product is out of stock,
- discontinued, or
- no replacement available from the supplier.
Only then will a refund be processed.
Refund is NOT available for:
- change of mind
- refusing delivery
- providing wrong address
- not liking the product
- wanting another model
- after shipping is completed
- misuse or intentional damage
- any case where replacement is available
4. COD (Cash on Delivery) & Advance Payment Policy
To reduce fake orders, a 100â300 Taka advance payment is required for COD orders.
If the customer refuses delivery after shipment:
- No compensation will be provided
- The advance payment is non-refundable
5. If the Customer Does Not Receive the Parcel
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer:
- refuses the parcel,
- cannot be reached,
- provides an incorrect address, or
- intentionally avoids delivery,
the order is considered cancelled by the customer, and the advance payment is forfeited.
Buynest will proceed with new orders only after a new advance payment.
6. Extended Warranty (3â24 Months, Depending on Product)
Some products include extended warranty depending on the model:
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
- 24 months
Warranty details are mentioned on each product page.
After the initial 7-day replacement period:
- Customer must provide the invoice and warranty card (if included)
- Customer must send the product to Buynest for warranty assistance
- Buynest will coordinate with the supplier on behalf of the customer
- Warranty approval depends on supplier/manufacturer evaluation

- Order ID

- Provide:
- Order ID

- Our team verifies and proceeds according to supplier rules.
9. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement
We cannot provide replacement if:
- Product shows signs of misuse
- Product has physical or liquid damage
- Warranty seal/IMEI/serial sticker is removed or tampered
- Accessories or packaging are missing
- Issue arises from unsupported software or modifications
- The customer wants an exchange due to personal preference
- Claim is made after the allowed time period
- Damage occurs after receiving the product
9. Items Not Covered
- Minor color differences
- Battery performance
- Wear-and-tear
- Free accessories (unless DOA)
- Issues caused by unauthorized repairs
- Software glitches caused by user
10. After-Sales Support
All support must go through Buynest.
Customers should not contact suppliers directly.
We will handle warranty and replacement communication.
11. Courier & Delivery Charges
Buynest currently works with Pathao and other courier partners.
Delivery charges, COD fees, and courier handling costs are courier-dependent and may change anytime.
Therefore, no fixed courier fee is mentioned in this policy.
Customers will see delivery charges during checkout or as communicated at the time of order
12. Final Decision
Buynest reserves the right to accept or decline any replacement or refund request based on:
- supplier policy
- product condition
- issue verification
- eligibility for replacement
- availability of replacement stock
